I'm not familiar with the term 'stake' and I don't think coins will earn you interest. Are you talking about a Bitcoin wallet or some other alt coin?

Yes, the coins are confirmed, then I left the wallet going and they went from balance to "stake" column in the wallet.  I assume this is the part where some coins start to earn interest and I guess are locked in for a certain time.  Just going by what I understand.  But i hear there is a way to "unstake" them so you can go back to trading them.

I'm not sure what you mean by unstake? What wallet are you using and have the coins fully confirmed yet?

How do you unstake coins in your wallet so you can trade them?
