Since you don't fully understand the code and the math I wouldn't recommend to use it.
I will go and assume that you don't have enough knowledge in hosting and certainly not in programming . Running a dice website could risk your Bitcoin funds because you don't know how it works and because it could have backdoors so If you don't want to get screwed I really don't recommend hosting it for public .
