AXIE INFINITY IS THE BEST!
Untold and I agreed that he will pay compensation for this matter and also I accepted his apologies.

But still I condemn this kind of plagiarism.

Have just come to an understanding with BlackMamba and have compensated him for the use of his signature.

There are other examples of users stealing work and being tagged for it. I'm not wasting half my night looking for them but they are there.

I will mark this as a neutral for now but if I see it again there will be no removing a tag

Very good decision from yahoo I really appreciate it.
I deeply respect yahoo you are the best.

Sorry about that mate, I will be sure to remove it now, or perhaps I can pay you for it's use?

Thanks Yahoo, I have also fleshed out my post above a bit.
There is no thanking me here. I find it really offensive that you are running a service and stealing others designs. You want to design that's fine but do your own work.

Hi Yahoo,

I appreciate your post and thank you for your reference in my profile, it seems completely justified to make an assumption like that after a new user to the forum makes a mistake, which they then admit to and rectify. To assume that none of my work is my own seems like a standard assumption to make.

Anyway, I'm sure my work can speak for itself and those that I've worked with.

I'd like to know if this is a standard type of action to take for someone in a situation like this though. Are there other cases of someone doing something similar and being immediately -Trusted?

Thanks and take care,

-Untold
Made a mistake? You knew you were using his design. If you have so much of your "own" work, why use his? Makes me wonder how many other designs you might have mistakenly use

Right, I made a mistake, admitted that I was at fault, offered to compensate him for the use of his design and removed it from my signature. Does that not seem like a reasonable course of action and compensation for the mistake?

I am not a signature designer and have never pretended to be. I have shown no examples of signatures in my thread, and offer it as a service because I can point people in the direction of people that can complete the job for them. No where did I say it was my own work.

Again, I ask how this is a fair answer to the overall situation. Can you show me examples where the same punishment has been handed down in a similar situation?

Thanks,

-Untold

Thanks Yahoo,

I appreciate you listening to my thoughts on the issue, and understand your comments.

Again I apologise for causing this and will be sure not to do the same in the future.

Take care,

Not going to make excuses, just wasn't sure of the etiquette in terms of these kind of things.

Once again, I apologise and would be happy to discuss compensation for this issue, or perhaps I could pay you to create one for me.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,
