Yeah I would increase the minimum payouts to make your site more attractive. 5 satoshi is not really a lot. Most Faucet sites have a minimum of 80-100 sat.

5 satoshi minimum is very low reward for faucet. Captcha is ok, but antibot is too hard to see and find because there are 5 of them. And when i clicked on "get it" button, nothing happened, i didn't get any reward.
5 satoshi for every 120 minutes is very low and i doubt even a single person will love to claim on your faucet. You have clean faucet but you need to increase your lowest possible reward to atleast 100 satoshi.
increase your rewards between 250 - 750 and for waiting time, you can set for 1 hours and its could make people come to your site. for just 5 satoshi - 555 satoshi in 120 minutes is really low.
