I love the format of this article! It reminds me of this newsletter I signed up for recently called Inside Token (https://www.insidetoken.xyz/) that's sending me their 'best ICO's' weekly.

I got tired of sifting through what seemed like endless ANN threads, and so far, articles like this and those newsletters have both served their purpose of getting rid of all the scams we see so often on here, and introducing me to real ICO's with investment potential.

Great job!

Since when does Investopedia do posts like this? Seems like a contributor kind of piece but I don't see the disclaimers anywhere...

Hello everyone,

Energi Mine is a tech company working to replace traditional energy brokers. This means that we help our clients source the best supplier for their energy, trade the energy on their behalf, validate their invoices and deal with all Energy Management activities for them. We do this using the latest AI technology to make our internal process faster as well as making information more accessible and easier to find for our customers.

Our background is split between technology companies such as Google, Samsung and Nokia and companies from within the energy sector. Our CEO, Omar Rahim has spent over 10 years in the industry, trading energy in London and Germany and is often quoted by the mainstream media on various issues such as transparency and lack of regulation within the energy space. Our client base is made up of large energy users.

Energi Token is an exciting new venture which has two clear elements, a reward scheme where end users are incentivised to use less energy and make more sustainable choices and a P2P platform that allows customers to trade energy with each other, without having to sell energy back to the grid at a price that they have little to no control over. This is the part of the business that uses blockchain.
I would recommend reading our white paper. Also, we just won best pitch at the ICO Summit in Zurich, and 4th place at d10e against the biggest ICOs currently launching.

We're going to announce some really big players in the Energy industry that have joined our venture as partners and we are also in contact with the biggest energy supplier in the USA and also in talks with local governments in the UK to bring this to the public.

Interesting article.

Although I would be careful of just looking up what one article to see what are the up and coming ICO's. Usually the reason they are in that article is down to the fact that they have paid to be there to get some traffic and awareness.

I would research on here as well, although there are some biased opinions, people are not able to throw cash into this forum to heavily promote their ICO.

I am currently looking at Crowdholding, they have just finished their pre-sale and look pretty darn good. ICO launches on the 1st of November, where i will be throwing down some ETH.

Crowdholding looks interesting.

Look up Modex Tech and Alttradex on the announcement forum, I am planning on backing both.  The main reason being they are likely to be able to generate revenue relatively early on, which I think is important as too many projects are likely to run out of money even with an ICO.
