Seriously, is all that necessary? It looks like a cable management EPIC FAIL.
You gotta be kidding me! You actually work there? Our server room gets worse as the months go on, and we can't afford enough cable management stuff, but that is out of control what you have going on there.
Just imagine what the network diagram for this would look like.
