Its the ETF application and the possibility that it might be given a green signal by SEC. The decision will be handle down on Aug 10 if I'm not mistaken. So its going to be a bull run up to that day and we might see bitcoin crosses $9000 by the end of the month. There's some media news like yesterday or today that says that it can a 90% chance to be approved, hence FOMO'd is real again and jumping on the bandwagon in the last couple of days pushing the price to breach the $8000 and so the bull runs continues.

So that is the reason, some people gave to me their theories and I was not convinced that was enough to make the price this high this quick, if those rumors are right then a lot of money is about to get in bitcoin but if the rumors are wrong and we get denied again then there is a big chance that all of this growth will disappear as quickly as it appeared.

There's a lots of big news which is spreading and possible that ETF will be open, most of the time when some huge runs are showing there's a great news that will happen, maybe those big whales are expecting things that we are not aware yet so they are buying more now and hold making sure that before the surge happen they already have a lots of bag holdings.

probably a sign , but it doesn't mean it will continue to increase more until it reach the highest value. 'cause for sure as usual it will fluctuate many times again as a correction of price and will gradually rise after like what happened before. And in my view this might be a hard speculation of market progress but i believe 8k soon is possible to reach despite of this situation. .

Was casually informed from news feeds that Litecoin had fallen back below 90, Ripple below 50 cents, and Ethereum below $500... so was actually thinking, ah Bitcoin must be back down too.

But look. Still above 7400, so Bitcoin's doing a lot better to hold on to its gains than even the top 10 alts. Probably a lot of profit taking on the three I mentioned though, but then the same could be said for BTC. Still more than 2 days to the weekday action, before the strange weekend hold comes.

the last three days price movement seems like price correction or a dead cat bounce
if you see the chart below from www.blockchain.com, it looks continuing the rise since end of june
but if you see the last three months chart, the price is still in downtrend pattern
my guess is sometime in august or september we will see a decisive point
whether the price will turn back up high or continue to drop even lower till the end of year

However, it is a good sign because after a few weeks later it gradually decreasing so now we can see the good movements of it which is increasing. Well, that is how the price moves so I don't think we need to lose our interest on the market. Crypto currencies are volatile, instead of waiting for the prices of your crypto currencies to go up, why not find another way to invest on other cryptos that you know will have a good price in the next months. If we are investing on other crypto now and sold it to BTC, i think with the price of BTC going up, we are having a great profit these days.

Off course it is healthy for the market as the market started to grow back to heavier support walls. Lets just hope that we see some good spikes in the few days one more time. Just because it crossed 7K USD means nothing as long as it is not stable or moving upwards. For it to earn that kind of stats it really need to keep moving in the above direction, create more support walls and let the resistance be lowered. Off course weak hands might be shitting right now and we need to wait that phase to drain up as well. Then we will celebrate the up surge of the bitcoin. Cheesy

ITs just the bitcoin that is rising though. I don't see much of an altcoin that jumps for now, a lot are only buying BTC. Although the price of them are also rising but their value in terms of BTC aren't going up. Its a stead as it is. Of course the price got up but its the BTC value that is a lot important. 3% rise of a coin that is worth $1 is nothing but cents.

It broke an inverse heand and shoulder, and also broke the 7000$ resistance.. so i would say this will continue to grow, obviously with retracements, but it will continue. I personally would never sell a part of my bitcoins.. and with other part i do normal trading.

I guess this is too soon to start predicting anything about it. It could happen that it may dump back below 7K USD because most of the higher sell orders will be in place right now. Wink
