If it makes you feel any better just had the same experience after my first month just before my first contribution was to be paid by uphold. They said in the email that it was a routine review of my account and how they discovered info that raised concern for the safety and security of our members at large. smh what....I will contact support and see what they say. I will let you know what happened for my case... I guess for now I won't be collecting BAT tokens for my youtube channel. Sad...

I have to admit, I didn't do a ton of research but based on some advise from someone I know - I signed up for uphold.
Did the typical sign up and passed in my ID.Got an email 2 days later about me being a potential security risk and then when I try to log in it says access denied account closed Now i'm really super nervous. I mean what is this about man?
To me that is real scary. I'm just a regular Joe if you know what I mean. How can some new innocent user get put into that kind of a situation like that?
