What exactly needs to be done ? What data you're trying to retrieve ? Can't any of the open source protocols be used ? I don't mind writing a script for you but I think some API should be already available if you research enough.

To modify the above scripts to work...and scan with bitcoin rpc the blockchain for multisig and op_return messages. Also modify the script to upload data!

It describes some techniques to upload/download data from blockchain, but the scripts referred are not working.
I know the default to upload custom data is op_return but i want to try multisig too.
