I think that it's a good move, I hope that many other services are going to do the same.

yes it is a chilling effect. They are blocking us users because of the megaupload story. From Germany it is acessible

You know what's funny about chilling effects? They help you find content easier.

1) Companies wouldn't issue a DMCA if there wasn't actual content viewable.

2) Google lists those DMCA's through chilling effects including their original address

3) Skip the google search and go straight to chilling effects for content.
