In order to conduct a safe raise for the community upShib will be launching an initial coin offering through the DxSale launch pad. The DxSale launch pad will secure and initiate a public raise which will immediately be followed up with a listing on PancakeSwap. The listing price of upShib on PancakeSwap will be the same as that of the pre-sale.

The Dev will renounce ownership over the upShib contract shortly after listing making it a truly community owned project which is what we strive to be.

upShib has set a transaction fee of 6% that also acts as a deterrent for large whales to instantly swap and sell their tokens. This means price manipulation is unable to occur as the set fees act as a barrier against large purchases that trade for less than a few seconds.

upShib token yield mechanism serves to reward the holder 3% of the transaction fee simply for holding. The rest of the transaction fee is divided of which 1% automatically will be sent to the burn address and finally 2% for marketing initiatives.
