Good luck, I hope you win.

Yes, Good luck!

I lost my ++++40btc with Pbmining + another 20-30btc with scam sites few years ago. If I had saved all the bitcoins I ever had I would have been a millionaire lost December, lol

Thanks both of you!
And yes @gurre, I think most of us here probably have a similar story of how we lost funds (I kept spending them at the start on other things that were just scams, then switched to lending to companies which lost me even more)...

Well, I made some btc in the start with faucets, I think was in 2011 but these I lost myself.
I did also invested in Worldcoin and "Scharmbeck (Scamback)", Cryptsy and when Cryptostocks was still running, I had a lot of stocks there...most of the projects were scams as the ICOs nowdays.

I remember posting on that thread with grant, sorry he scammed you. I assume you are UK based as I am. What action are you taking or do you want to keep that info off the forum?

I treid with a mediator but they don't want to take it on so I'm probably just going to have to go straight to coure (a solicitor might take it on as they normally charge more). Hopefully court will acccept it without mediation because no one will mediate Grin.

I don't want to give out specific information but there have been quite a few significant things since then that might make it more likely I'll win...

Damn dude, sucks that he ended up scamming you in the end. I was around at the same time and was considering filling that loan.

Are you going to be seeking legal recourse?

I've considerind it yes.

I'm in the same country as him so it's a bit easier, although their first gazette got published and I think I got screwed by the contract but I might just completely throw it out and go at them with the fact that they owe me £10000+(1000*((8/365)*number of days since then))

For anyone who doesn't know what a first gazette is, it's something that the government publish under section 1000(3) of some legal article that means they will enact compulsary strikeoff on that company.

I've considered giving someone I really trust the private key also to that address so they can try to claim the money without any recourse (and so it's not publicised so much because someone the age I was earning £1000 in a year looks slightly suspicious).

Ok, so the reason I was so hard on you was that I gave a loan to a company last year worth £10000 and never saw that money again and they never communicated to me since. He was called grantuk on here (with two numbers after his name)

I spent almost 30 000€ for these companies and I have that 5000€ already collected just not yet paid but it's not a problem anymore.

Thanks for all the positive support here, no wonder people are avoiding bitcoin communities Smiley

I don't know what you really expected. You don't have any assets to your UK company (really) and were you really going to pay back if I gave you 5000 Euro (I guess not).

I've got already introduced for a scammer through this loan application, so my trust for these members is pretty low..even you would be ranked very high you propably bought your account?
I'm not sure if I can sign a message from the first address I posted here when I was in 777coin's signature campaign.
You can track my history if you wish and see if you can find when my account was sold (and then realise that it wasn't) - if you want to go to archive sites and check my history, I changed my password once because it used to be my birthday.
If I were to buy an account, I surely would buy one that was registered before August 2015 as I was really late into crypto.

Most of these users here in bitcointalk are scammers as my years here I've met lot of these.
There are, that's why we're so hard on them.

Some people I have done deals with also have proof of my ID and can see where the inspiration for my username came from (I'm not very original).

I'm interesting in bringing people into the crypto community that have devotion, not allowing scammers to continue their practice here.

1. Business has to wait to collect the payments for almost 2 months.
If they can't trust you though, how can we?
2. Business has just started.
Exactly, so there's quite a high chance of you failing.

3. This industry has paid my salary for almost 15years and it's still paying.
You are clearly not very good at handling money if you have been in an industry in Europe for 12 years and you are short of 5000 Euros...

I can get a loan of 5000€ of the car but the repayment is over 8300€. As I said 5000€ is enough for the bills but this is just for the basics, so there will be nearly nothing in the companys after paid everything.
10 000€ loan is to secure that there will be money in companys account even paid everything, so there will not be a problem when waiting for the payments from the contractor.

Starting a company without significant capital to invest in it is just foolish.

If I had a business that I knew was going to succeed, I'd put 5000 Euro+ in initial capital to get the company off the ground and running.

If you are short of money as a company, it usually means (1) the business is going to fail or (2) you can't handle money well (either way, the business will still probably fail). The sad truth, pick another industry before it's too late...

Capital would really act as a heart of a certain project or company. Even on minimal amount then you can really took up the risk on having a loan and just reading above he can get 5k euro but the interest is way too high but it doesn't really matter as long the company would run on that initial funding. If he can risk up and do handle the business then he might succeed but if not then we would see another scenario.
OP is on urgent but no one can give out such BTC loan because company shares for a company which isn't even operating wont really be considered as a valid collateral.

Yes, but they all need rating A when our company doesn't have and also they aquire financial statement of the year and we are still progressing with invoices. Our contractor is rated AAA so the payments are not a problem just the time to get money out.
Work 1 month and wait money for 1 month more.
Get paid early by the contractor. If they can't trust you then why should we.
OR

We have tried multiple places already and the only option at the moment is to sell 1 of the cars or give it as a collateral and get a loan of 60% of the resell value. This option is pretty much closed because the yearly interest is nearly 100% for this service. Selling the car gives nearly that 10 000€ when selling quick and it would give the amount what is needed but it was bought with a very good price, so total lost for this would be around 4500€ and then we would have only 1 car left in service.
Sell a car!
Or at least take the car to the bank and ask them how much you'd get to get a loan on it and then you can keep your car.

So basically a loan of 5000€ would be enough for bills what are needed to pay and an interest of 30% is the cheapest option.

For the cryptocurrency company I have already paid nearly 5000€ for software and it's ordered with construction company. So the value of cryptocurrency company is 2500€ of my part and then 2500€ is for both of the cars is pretty good deal.
So now you're at half of waht you originally wanted and expect us to believe you're not trying to scam? hmmmm

Have you tried funding circle or other business lending firms also?

I mean if they don't give you a loan and the banks don't then I think they're onto something...

What collateral are you offering for this loan?

I can offer some % of the shares of the both companies. I own 50% of cryptocurreny company shares and 100% of construction company shares.
I could offer a cars also as collateral but the construction company owns these 100%

Any proof you own these companies.

Any proof you can make profits from them... No one's goig to be interested in part owenship given it's a company...

Construction company is working but it has a credit rating of B so the banks doesn't give a loan so easily.
Another company is not yet fully working even it's been registrated in 2 countries and also have a holding company. So basically there is 3 fully working companies. I own 50% of the holding company as well.

I can prove company income from the bank and ownership easily.

As I said this is an urgent loan the loan amount can be less but not less than 5000€ 6 months but for 10 000€ I need 12 months.

There are things to pay before I get the invoices paid in the companys account that's why the loan is urgent.

The interest rate is negotiable but not more than 30%.

I wonder why you don't take loan from bank if the companies are real
Interest should be way lower than the one here

The loan is urgent.
The banks are not so happy o give loans or new companies.

Collateral value is higher than the loan amount in all the ways but I'm trying also get a loan with the cars from a lending company.

Then what makes you think we would be happy to give you a loan for something like company shares? What is your company name anyway?

Hello,

We are in urgent need of 2btc or 10 000€ loan for our business. I have 2 companies which shares can be as collateral.
Another Company is a cryptocurrency company formed early 2018 but not yet working as 100% it's registrated in UK and also have a sideoffice in Finland with all taxation and all legal procedures done.

Another company is formed 2018 and working 100% with construction in Finland.

I prefer to have the loan in euros to avoid value changes of bitcoin. There might be a small problem if bitcoin goes to 20 000€ as last year.

Urgent, thanks

That isnt valid collateral since your company valuation may not even be close to what youre asking, and on top of that giving shares in a company doesnt secure anything. Why not go to a bank for a business loan than here especially if you want the loan to be pegged to fiat.
