It seems both transactions already has 4 confirmation.

Next time always check the Mempool stats to know what is the recommended fee with the current network before you make any transaction.

Use this tool https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#0,2h then scroll down and look for "Mempool size in MB" use the mouse and it will show all fees including the size. Choose the fee always below 1MB in size. Sample today the recommended fee is 40+sat under 1MB below. it will take a few minutes or 1hr to confirmed depending on the network condition.

Since you use Electrum there are 3 different algo for fee estimation under transaction creation before you finalize the transaction.
Look at this image below.

I borrowed the image with little modification source: https://bitcoinelectrum.com/how-to-manually-set-transaction-fees/

The 3 options are these.

- Static = Fixed fee.
- ETA = Based on the average block for every 10 minutes.
- Mempool = Depends on the current Mempool size in MB of unconfirmed transactions.

What I recommend to you is always use the "Mempool" for fee estimation and it will automatically give you the recommended fee base on the size and current network condition. It always gives you the estimated fee below 1MB in size and based on what I experience all transactions that I made under 1MB in size always confirmed after 30 minutes but sometimes 1 hour and 30 minutes depending on the network condition.

If you want to learn more about the transaction fees with Electrum much better read this: All about transaction fees in Electrum

The second transaction is spending unconfirmed outputs (change you received from first transaction). From Electrum's settings, disable "Spend unconfirmed" to prevent this from happening again.
To know where your transaction is actually positioned from tip and how miners look at it, take the total fee for both transactions and divide it by their total size.

HI, I had received 3.3 BTC in 3 different transactions on 11/23/2020 it has more than 5800 Confirmations.
As stated by LoyceV, you received 3.3 mBTC not 3.3 BTC.
Electrum is showing your balance at mBTC not BTC.
In order to change the unit, click on "Tools" button at top of the window and then select "Preferences". Change the base unit to BTC.

Today i tried to send 1 btc to another wallet with the lowest fee it says unconfirmed as expected.
You sent 1 mBTC to 1M1eWK86fmvPQaohcdMTMPmSCeXbcpgFeW and the remaining balance went to your change address (bc1qjmr9fvn606hknvtqz47ecng9zwfr02930gq8md)

So I went ahead and sent another BTC with the Fastest FEE and it shows as Unconfirmed parent wierd?
It's not weird. In the second transaction, you spent the fund that had been sent to a new address in the previous transaction (your change address).
As long as the previous transaction is unconfirmed the new transaction cannot be confirmed.

Where are my btc why is this happening and what could be don?
If you are not in hurry, just wait. You don't need to do anything. Your transaction will finally be confirmed.
As you have used a higher fee for the second transaction, both transactions will be confirmed in a same block.
If you are in hurry, right-click on your transaction is history tab, select "bump fee" and in the new window increase the fee.
