You do not need to double spend or anything like this . There is accelerate service that you can use to speed your transaction. There is paid service which you can find from google , and there is members here provide this service for free I have just tried this one and got my transaction processed in couple of hours https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/free-fast-btc-transaction-accelerator-for-unconfirmed-transactions-2114273 . and it is for free
