I think you have to pay for an import tax which is about 20-25% for general..

Hello. my 4x Antminer S7 just arrived in my country, Romania.
They are held in customs because they belive they will not be used for personal use because they are too expensive.They belive they will be comercialised and they are asking for them to be imported on a company.
I don't own a company I can only import them for personal use.
Now they are asking for a statement from my side where I specify why I need 4 of them for personal use.
What should I declare in my statement ? That they are what and I use them for what ? Please help me
