It seems there is some confusion about the date of 30th June. Though the date have passed you can still link your Adhar with Pan Card. The government will also soon announce a date after which a PAN not linked to Aadhaar will be considered invalid. Be relaxed and link the both of them.
You can link either online or via SMS.
> Register on the income tax filing website.
> Once registered, log in and look for 'profile settings' on top of the page.
> Select "link Aadhaar". Add your personal details, matching it with details on your Aadhaar card.
> Click on 'Link now' and you will receive a pop-up message saying both the documents are linked.
> Ensure details on both cards are the same.
> You can also link the two via SMS
> For this, just send an SMS to 567678 or 56161 from the mobile number registered with your Aadhaar card.

Luckily I could able to link Aadhaar with pan . It's good that everything comes under Aadhaar but it's n last day lots of people couldn't able to link pan with Aadhaar card.

I am sorry to post this on last date (I have just linked my cards). Today is the last date of linking your Aadhar (UID) cards with your pan card. You can do it online/offline.

It displayed an error in fetching aadhar database for a whole day. I hope they'll give some new deadline. There are mistakes in PAN card as well as many have the aadhar where only birth year is displayed. Changes will take some time.

Thanks for head up! SWIM had a typo in PAN card and now cannot link because the PAN and Aadhaar details donot match. Now the rectification process will take few weeks.
