the most problem with ICO is mostly ICO is scam because always using fake profiles, picture etc, and not willing to showing them self in this case is the core team. when OP menting " willing to show yourself at event" then i start to think the team is try to hide them self and plan to start ico scam.
Mate you will have to be more proffessional than that if you want to aquire good advisors. Firstly you come and look via forum where not many people are looking, of course you can find some good advisors but maybe try to reach out on the personal level? Secondly, you use email for free from zoho who does this? Use your own original email as your post makes it look scammy really. Lastly, you don't explain what is your project all about how do you expect people to apply when they do not know what you want from them. Yes because of money they will do it but again if you want better people explain what is your project all about give more info etc.
