It is not going to be deleted just because you disagree. The request for deleting that topic is urgent because it is attacking a person and has absolutely nothing to do with scam!

I am making an urgent request to the bitcointalk moderators and administrators to delete this thread because I disagree with what it is saying.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You keep saying that the project or thread isn't a scam and you also kept saying that you had some transactions or conversations with the USPTO yet all of these claims came from your mouth. We're in the internet and you can't really expect us to trust everything you say without claims and backups? Besides, the post was accused as a scam because the original OP wasn't able to give out the information that could prevent the scam accusations. You keep talking about reporting, banning and such yet you can't even provide a simple piece of evidence about it. No one is gonna believe you if you just spout threats, self-proclaimed events that are without evidence and don't even expect to get your request approved.

I will accuse you with scam and lets see if that gets deleted or not. How do you would like? You use BitcoinTalk to spread your stupid opinions and accusing people with scam who do something good. I can bet that you never in your life did something positive specially not starting a project for human rights. Maybe because you are one of those MAGA hat guys burning crosses in the USA. You should be ashamed of yourself!

I'm not going to argue with you here, because it is neither on-topic and it is all already quite clearly spelt out in my initial thread here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-accusation-against-user-humanrightsfoundation-5179215. Nothing I have read from this new account of yours has changed my mind.

If you want my thread deleted, then you can report it to be deleted. If the mods agree with you, it will be deleted. I can guarantee you that won't happen, though. Given that scams are not moderated, neither are scam accusations.

I spent thousands on this project from my own pocket and I don't think it is appropriate to accuse someone with scam just because he deleted comments which linked directly to a competitor who for that matter of fact tried to register trademark in the United States and in the EU to destroy my work and stole my intellectual properties. The only reason I have deleted the question was this and not because I did not wish to answer legitimate questions. Again, the topic I requested to delete should be deleted because it has nothing to do with scam.

Seriously, any of you can imagine how it is feels when someone who don't even takes time to do some research simply attacks you and in 30 seconds declare you scammer? I did paid my last cents also to maintain this project and while there is no articles and videos I have a good reason for that.

I can assure you that less donation the address received than I was deposited to that address. In a few days you will see 0.04 BTC again will be deposited by me and my associates because we need to pay for the servers and domains names which are not cheap at all. With more donations would be faster and easier to do what we wish to do that is why I opened the topic about donations where immediately someone linked to hrf.org which in March of 2019 created copied and modified my copyrighted work and started requesting Bitcoin donations.

I note that hrf.org was the one who on 1 May 2015 applied for trademarks in the USA and EU fraudulently and in this very moment they not even using the trademark what they obtained on which by the way there is a disclaimer "NO EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE HUMAN RIGHTS FOUNDATION APART THE MARK AS SHOWN". The disclaimer is inserted by the USPTO because I had to protest against the registration.  My protest is accepted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office. This maniac scammers from the Empire State Building caused damage to us and I every day need to send take-down notices to Twitter, Google and elsewhere because they marketing my work what they reproduced illegally right after that they failed with the trademark registration and the attempt to stole my domain name.

This is the short description about the reason why I deleted the comment in the first place.

I can request the Swiss Federal Criminal Court to block BitcoinTalk and request a subpoena from an U.S. federal judge for seizure of the servers for failure to comply with my request.
So why don't you? Be sure to let us know how it turns out.

Because it is very expensive and I believe there are good people at BitcoinTalk who understand that the topic I requested delete has absolutely nothing to do with scam. Just as how fast those topic deleted which criticizes BitcoinTalk I believe my request also can be fulfilled easily. Don't misunderstand me. I'm open for critics but to accuse me or any of my associates with scam without providing proof that is unacceptable! If someone open a topic and criticizes our work I would be more than happy to answer questions there. Accusation of scam without any proof or defame someone in bad faith is really over the line.

The Points made by o_e_I_e_o is actually valid. you also don't have proof that you are part of the organization since you never provided one
and why would you delete the valid questions asking you if you really are part of the organization. your action made you more suspicious when
you deleted the questions to you since instead of answering it. now is probably the best time to try and prove yourself not to be a scammer.

The accusation seems to be correct.
But even if that's false, it won't be deleted.
Because:

Q: Do you moderate/delete (possible) FUD, accusations and untrue information?
A: No. We don't have enough time to check every single piece of information and verify the validity of the sources. Also, just like scams - too much room for bias and abuse.

The only thing you can do is to create a new thread. The community will determine whether you are right or not.
