Thank you very much.Shahzadafzal
Could you recommend me a few excellent bounty managers?
How much does it cost to hire them?
Sorry can't recommend any name at the moment because I did not deal directly with any one yet.

But why not post an ad to hire a bounty manager? You can post in Services or Project Development board.

Also be ready must prepare a competitive offer and layout your targets to your Bounty Manager.
He or she should be fully aware of what you doing and what you going to achieve from this project.
Have a skype discussion before taking him/her on board.
Consider him part of your team and he/she can make sure your project go to ICO successfully.

No one will respond to such an offer. I recommend you hire an experienced Manager for bounty. For advice you can turn to those managers who moderated many bounty. You can write PM yahoo62278. He is the best Manager on the forum. I hope I helped you.
Seconded into this one. I would suggest for a reputable bounty manager which i would recommend yahoo for this matter.Sometimes bounty campaigns do need a reputable person into this forum so that people would be aware that its being handled by a good manager which they can guarantee that the campaign would be handled well and thats the time there would be lots of participants would joined up and this is one of the factors should be done first and as being suggested you should contact yahoo towards this.
First of all, you have to improve your own project, not just to create an idea. To get more people's support, especially the favor of the reward manager, you need to do well in the project itself.

Nice advice!
Do you have any suggestions for our project?

First of all, I don't know the connection between this project and tencent.
Second, the signature campaign for this project has no personal text corresponding to the MEMBER level.
Third, why the team's developers don't disclose their real faces. Huh

All things that might cause people to lose interest and not join the program.
Indeed, the project did not disclose any information.
Then people will choose some good projects, not the ones with no public information.

Is it a question or another offer?

Well to let people participate in your bounty program first make your project and team convening enough, get ready with your project first and then go for marketing and bounty offerings.

Anyway I checked your bounty thread here some comments that might help you.

1. First what I see you are offering bounty program only for signatures and even this offer is very general.
You should categorize it for each Rank and member there should be different incentives for each for example

Category 1: Newbie - Jr. Member
Category 2: Member - Sr. Member
Category 3: Hero - Legendary

It should be more lucrative for higher level ranks only then they would signup. Specially getting the signatures of Hero and Legendary Members is not that easy. There are so many offers on the table for high ranker.

2. Sending an email to join and then one more google form. Why 2 steps?
Make it simple and single step, reply to the post and they are singed up. Or one google form should be enough.
And btw do you need post counts of the user?

3. Your own bounty program  is not final.. how you expect people to join it?
Announce all your bounties once for all. Twitter, facebook, telegram or translation.
So it should sound that you are ready with your project and now you need marketing. See other examples in bounty programs.

Last but not the least there are many other things you should consider, you should invest first.  Get your website translated to English too.
Hire a professional bounty manager. You can find penalty of experienced bounty mangers here on the forum it self try these boards https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=52.0 and https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=84.0

Once you have bounty manager he/she will manage the bounties and running the campaign professionally. It is kind of full time job and requires time to followup and to encourage to people to join and spread the word.

Hope you won't take any comments to the hear.

Thank you very much.Shahzadafzal
