This circumstance unequivocally points to the state’s guilt in the person of the then Minister of Sport Mutko in mass feeding Russian athletes with illegal drugs, with the help of which they achieved record results. Moreover, as it was found out, state services, including the FSB, were engaged in the replacement of urine samples in order to conceal violations. From now on, specimens with urine replaced by Mutko are a national treasure and a seal of Russian sport. Urine Mutko is a symbol of Russia's sporting achievements.
Naturally, without instructions from Putin, who, like Nazi Hitler (1), uses sport for propaganda purposes, Minister Mutko would not dare to force athletes to use doping. It is also completely clear that Putin cannot allow international experts to check samples stored in the laboratory, otherwise there is no shame.
