The link doesn't work it counts down to 0 seconds then sits and does nothing before eventually telling me to refresh only to do it over again.

I used to have a shortener 5 years ago set up for the community, of course, there are ads on it, but the thing is the website that host the link shortener, is subject for abuse, the link created using that shortener might abuse the service and use it to scam people and post malicious links to their victims, people should see the link that they want to visit and not use a Cloaker to invite people to click it.
Thank you for sharing this script, it is not always safe to download files from unknown source.
