Well I like many others (Doug Casey, Bob Chapman, Jim Willie, Gerald Celente, The Mogambo Guru, The Daily Reckoning, The Daily Bell, etc.) expect an economic collapse any time from now coupled with further attempts to implement a dictatorship (of the open, hard kind -provided that you don't have it already), not only in the USA, but even in some western european countries. So if you cannot expatriate (definitely the best option), you'd better be ready.  
BTW: That is one of the reasons I got interested and involved with BTCs.

it is a bit hyperbolas, but in any case, ultimately, each individual is responsible for their own safety and defense and we're all one random encounter away from death or serious injury by those who want what you have and wish to take it by force.

As a firearms advocate here in Las Vegas, just a county over from FrontSight, this is a great way to learn how to defend yourself with a firearm. The course instructors are well trained and informed and the range operations are very safe.
