Use GDAX. It's essentially the same as Coinbase but there are 0% maker fees. It's like Coinbase but meant for traders instead of mainstream newbie buyers.

I know most of us hold our Bitcoin, but who do you guys use to turn your usd into btc. That also allows btc I usd.. I've been using coin base for awhile now but tired of the high fees... Want to make it a habit to invest small amounts weekly but don't want to pay ridiculous fees doing so... Also would like easy access to trade back to use if needed...
