I got these pictures 1 hour ago. Taken from Al-Bab, Syria.

Children and civil, pummeled by the US-led warplanes.

Sad to see it. But in case of a war collateral damage sometimes cannot be avoided. ISIS killed way more civillians and kids. They cutting off people's heads on camera. If there will be no ISIS, then it all will stop.

This must be a heck of a show on the ISIS fighters, do they have anything to fight against aerial attacks? Let's hope not! This particular terrorist group is insane in their ideology...it's good that there's an effort to show them that the world will not f*ck around when it comes to their oppressing behavior.

Well, it is very nice to hear that the US army preplanned and inform the ISIS to hid from the places, so that they can pseudo pummel on them to show the innocent citizens that U.S War planes indeed really working to evade the evil ISIS.

That's a good thing.ISIS is a crazy terrorist force which is brainwashing the minds of people. They need to be stopped ,and it cannot happen overnight. USA is doing a noble thing by backing up the Kurdish clan.

To be acting nobly seems to me you're acting altruistically. I have no doubt the US offensive against ISIS is rooted in self-serving interests. Maybe they are accomplishing something good (that's up for debate) or they may just be acting out of a sense of responsibility for having done so much to strengthen ISIS in the first place. Either way, I wouldn't call the actions "noble."

US-led warplanes are pummeling the de facto ISIS capital like never before

The US-led coalition battling the Islamic State (also known as ISIS or ISIL) has dramatically intensified its air war against the militant group with strikes pummeling the group's de-facto capital of Raqqa, Syria.

Since Wednesday, the coalition has conducted aerial strikes against more than 70 ISIS targets. One airstrike was responsible for bombing 20 ISIS staging areas around Raqqa, according to Brett McGurk, the US deputy special presidential envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIS.

In addition to the strikes around Raqqa, the US-led coalition also destroyed ISIS fighting positions and tactical units in Tal Abyad, Kobani, Aleppo, and Al Bukamal in Syria, according to a press release from the coalition.

The latter sites in Syria have been the location of fierce fighting between US-backed Kurdish YPG forces and ISIS. Since the US began providing aerial support to the Kurds, the YPG has steadily eaten away at ISIS territory in northern Syria. At the height of its push, the YPG advanced to within 30 miles of Raqqa.
