At this point that money is being used to ensure the continued existence of the u.s. dollar and it's stranglehold on foreign countries. How many fake u.s. dollars would you spend to ensure the u.s. dollar continues to exist.

I would double the budget (inflation) and then use one third for cleaning operations...
