If they're considering Bitcoin as a reserve currency for their country then it's a good sign I guess but I also believe that something like that is easy to say then to do. They can make many such promises but fulfilling those promises isn't going to be easy.

Lately, there's been a surge of interest in $BTC driven by the upcoming US general election in November. Many presidential candidates are now showing a keen interest in the crypto community and are prepared to consider $BTC as part of the country's reserves.

The same bitcoin all of them have talked about negatively will still be the same that they will all pronounce with positively with their same mouth, sometimes when we are acting, we should always consider the other way round of our actions or the aftermath, i expect that by now, some should have been ashamed of what they have initially said in condemning about bitcoin.

taking what a politician says during an election seriously is almost same as taking what men say in a bid to get a woman seriously. Once the mission has been accomplished, power automatically change hands and you're now at his mercy.

My take is that anyone that wants to support trump shouldn't do so just because he's been bullish about Bitcoin of recent. Regardless of the action of the election and even if he's able to leave up to what he's been saying, Bitcoin will still thrive through.

Well, I loved Robert Kennedy's speech but he is not going to win and it is much easier to deliver promises like that in that situation.

And, well, Saylor at his best But we know better than to get too carried away by their enthusiasm, otherwise we would have mortgaged our house to buy bitcoin just before the last bear market.

This Bitcoin in the national reserves is quite interesting. Everybody is making promises during election season. Indeed, that sounds fantastic and the crypto people love it. But implementing it? That is challenging. Its not just about saying the right things, its about understanding the system, the complexities, the regulations. Its about handling the banks, the government, the whole worldwide financial machine.

Bitcoin is a winner. But putting it in national reserves? That is a significant choice that must be done well and will take decades.

So, listen to these politicians, hear what they have to say. But keep from getting carried away. Ask the challenging questions. Demand a true plan, not merely slogans. And most importantly consider the whole picture. This implies what for the nation, the economy, and the world generally?

Trump has been positive very recently on Bitcoin, a part  of me still sees it as an election strategy. There's speculations that he's working on a bill that will see the FED hold some Bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset.

If that's the case,he's elected and implements it, the bull run would be massive.

Not only Trump but also independent candidate Robert Kennedy F. Jr. also expressed support for bitcoin, who also mentioned that he would use bitcoin as a strategic reserve asset. He said this today at the bitcoin conference and we wait to see what Trump will say next.

But it remains unclear because there is no guarantee that Trump will be elected or whether he will actually keep his promises. Not to mention, just because he supports it doesn't mean it will go through easily since he needs approval from Congress and the Fed. I have long doubted his idea and did not believe it would be easy to implement. I don't have too high expectations if Trump is elected, I just hope he is not as strict on bitcoin as Biden, and turning bitcoin into a reserve asset is not easy.
There are only a few hours left until Trump speaks and let's see if he has anything interesting to offer.

Meh, all these talks just to become US president, don't forget every presidential candidate will always be ready to say anything just to gain the favor of the citizens, once this is over majority won't speak about it or might even act against it and so it's like a Folk tale to them I guessed.

Though this is is a good initiative but I don't know how many of these presidential candidates are actually a man/woman of their word but I think Donald Trump is one though.
What I see more about this is that the presidential candidates have known that cryptocurrencies have large crowd of supporters. They know that many Americans are crypto users and they will like to see a president that that would announce that he will support crypto. Out of the presidential candidates, Trump would win. It would be Trump versus Canada Harris and I think be it Biden or Harris, Trump would win. I hope he will keep to his words because crypto supporters are really following him. Many of them would vote for him.

Well I do not trust politicians and I think that most of them are taking advantage of the love that people have for cryptocurrency particularly bitcoin to gather supporters for the forth coming election. it is better we do not get our hopes high with these people who have a probability to just be telling lies so that we do not get disappointed when they get into power and do not act in the manner that the promise to act concerning bitcoin.

Politicians can say many things, make many promises but you can not trust them and they will not complete all their promises if they get elected. This is fact that lasts with time, a long time in political history and it's true in all countries, not only in the USA or in this specific President election and nominees who join it next months.

Make a big change like a country's reserved asset, in treasury, is not easy to be passed by the Congress. Smaller things can not get approved easily or even denied so a big change for national treasury, like accept Bitcoin, is not easy to pass, if not say it's nearly impossible at the moment.

The bullrun will be very different this time because almost all of them want to have support from crypto community. So, BTC will enjoy from their interests and alts will enjoy from BTC movement. Very interesting indeed.
A more likely scenario is that the moment elections are over, things go back to how they were before (the new government follows the same path as ever with more regulations and restrictions). And bitcoin market acts the same way as before too!

Did she create this coin or did some kid in his basement created yet another useless junktoken and called it KAMA to fill his own pocket? Smiley

I can't know that specifically. What I know of is that it's listed on the exchange and its trading has begun there. The other candidates who talked at bitcoin2024, showed major interest in BTC where Robert Kennedy said "I will sign another executive order directing the US Treasury to purchase 550 Bitcoin daily until the US has built a reserve of at least 4 million Bitcoins."
I don't really believe their interests because it's glaring that they are desperate to win the crypto community over.
