Do you have an account with them or do they offer one time services? (I only need to do that once)

That sucks.  I use them all the time.  I use chrome, firefox and IE.
I hope they get it fixed soon.

Thanks a lot, I will check them out!

Edit: their web site sucks. Filled in the 'ask a question' form, getting errors.
Filled in the 'get started form', getting errors.
Not a good start, not like a company I'd like to work with if they don't even get their web site right.
I only need to check 1 person, so I don't need a subscription. It's not immediately obvious if they offer that service.

What information do you need? I regularly run credit and background checks for the business I work at in the US.

Hi,
I use Sterling.  It can do everything.  I used to use it when I ran business's and had to hire key people.
http://www.sterlinginfosystems.com/

There are others but this does it all.

Is there a reliably way to check a person in the USA, get a credit score, info if they are reliable, etc?

What info do you usually have to provide?
Name, address, phone numbers? birthdate?

Basically I am trying to find out if a potential client is really who he claims to be.

Thanks!!
