I do not know why Trump wants some islands in Greenland. Greenland does not share any land border with United States at all. Most lands in United States today were owned by the Mexicans before but United States collected it with force.

I hope Trump will not try anything stupid because it is definite that Greenland will not sell any land to the United States. And thanks to social media and how information are circulating today.

But the reason you said Trump wants to buy some islands in Greenland is not true because United States is still stronger than Russia and also supported by the Wests in Europe. If there should be a war, it will not be good but Russia should be expecting a defeat.

Usa only competation is russia china is just copy everything and re-engineering so China not competation.

Trump think that russia will take ukraine or win that's why he want to be equal with russia If russia get land and resources then only way USA to compete with russia is to get some lands and resources too.

If we see plan of trump according to greenland or panama then it means trump expecting russia to gain power over europe so USA and russia are equally strong powers so they check each other moves it's like chess game between usa and russia.

USA want to keep dollar dominant and have a lot influence over the world so they have to be stronger or atleast equal with russia.

while the russia and usa making moves then world will be on large part slpit USA vs Russia both moves and taking countries, If trump talking about taking more lands under usa power it means trump clearly will not keep the usa in nato instead of protecting risky countries trump will use power just to gain more resources.

It's clear that usa will choose just to put pressure on weaker countries instead of fighting against russia trump will just secure USA power and influence USA will check what russia do and then trump will copy the russian moves russia will invade baltics or anything then trump instead of fighting will just make sure USA got equally powerful position and equally land so trump will invade also some weaker countries.

So that's how world will go slowly into kings and sherfs dictatirship ruling system and stronger ones will just make sure every weaker ones will stay weaker and will be more weaker both russia and usa will get more powerful and world will be divided by USA or Russia and world will deal either with dollar or rubles.
Trump don't think russia will stop but he will not try to fight neither china or russia trump will just take more If russia or china try to get more power but china is not big issue trump worry about russia and will make sure If russia gain anything then USA must get aswell.

Bad news for smaller countries they will be crashed under the russia and usa powers and their economy cant reisist and they will be forced to borrow money from russia or usa in order to survive it means usa and russia will get resources and lands even without military fighting.

The ongoing ukraine war will deplete the europe resources to zero and then Europe is forced to ask help either from usa or russia and trump and putin both knows about this.
