Do you handle any nfa items with bitcoin? Suppressors, transferrables, sbr, etc? I have a buddy who might like this sort of stuff if you take bitcoin for it.

I have given much thought into getting a class 3 S.O.T but haven't seen much need for it yet. Eventually, if my little business takes off in a good direction, I defiantly will get one. But as of now... no NFA items, unfortunately.

Bump.

I deleted several posts. I love the conversation and we can for sure have it over on the other unmoderated thread I have listed at the top of the OP. I want to maintain this thread for business only.

First Exclusion Ever
I just wanted to post here that I did a larger trade with Gadman2. I went first because it wouldn't have been fair to expect him to bear the upfront cost. His communication was excellent, everything was done timely and in a professional manner. He also knows the laws regarding his occupation well. It was an exemplary transaction and everything was as agreed upon. I would recommend his services to anyone here. Thank you!

Can you do any better than 1,179 for an R15 in .450 Bushmaster,

or 1,330 for an Arsenal SAM7SF-84

If you could beat those prices at all id definitely be interested in buying them from you. Id prefer to pay in BTC, but I can pay with whatever would get me the best price.

I wanted to post in Gadman's thread to finally close out a deal we agreed to. I contacted Gadman a while ago about finding an FNX .45 Tactical and he very quickly got back to me. His communication was always polite and in a timely manner. The product was quickly shipped and fairly priced. It arrived at my local FFL in great shape and I now have possession of a beautiful new firearm! I look forward to dealing with Gadman again in the future when I am looking to make another firearm purchase with Bitcoin!

Here are a few pictures of the firearm: http://imgur.com/msshz8p and http://imgur.com/fYavWce.

1. BTC transfers related to firearms on the standard US regulated exchanges are not allowed. Please be aware of this before you purchase BTC from coinbase or circle.
    - https://www.circle.com/en/legal/us-user-agreement   "18. Prohibited items... ...weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, knives, or related accessories..."
    - https://www.coinbase.com/legal/user_agreement?locale=en "Regulated Products and Services... age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives..."

Note that this is not a law it's a rule from coinbase, circle, and bitpay. Annoying really. I helped a gun shop in my city to set up a bitpay account only to find bitpay scrambling to add a ban to their website and cutting off their account. Not very professional at all. There is no reason to fear firearms sales they are the most documented and supervised sales you will find.

I edited the first post to address this. Thanks.

I also updated some other things in the first post. If anyone is interested, then please review.

What are the laws regarding shipping into Canada, im not talking about restricted or prohibited firearms, just non restricted firearms. Would that be possible?

I cannot ship any firearm outside of the US. Furthermore all "firearms" are restricted. If it is unrestricted then it is not, by definition, a firearm.

If you're looking for an barebones ar 15 kit with an 80 percent lower and no furniture I can definitely best that price. Do you have any preference in parts. Otherwise I would just be picking Anderson or some other oem lower.

talked to one of the guys i work with , right now im just interested in a anodized 80% lower with parts kit for myself, in the future i think i would be interested in an ar10 308 80% lower and an upper kit , i still need to see if i can locate some ar-0 jigs first

my buddy wants to know what u can put together a basic 80% kit with a flat top upper for

I'll pm you shortly.

gadman2 i was wondering if u ever considering in dealing in 80% lowers etc ,
i had one source for 80* lowers that accepted bitcoin and they have been sold out forever

Because 80 percent lowers are unregulated I probably won't be able to beat any price that you could find for yourself in fiat. If your only payment method is bitcoin, then only option is I would purchase it at retail and sell it to you via bitcoin which is do-able. I would charge like a small fee plus shipping. Are you looking for just receivers or parts kits, or a combination?

yeah i dont care if i had to pay a lil more then if i just directly purchased , i just dont like the idea of purchasing 80% stuff with a credit card or paypal , kinda defeats the purpose

depends on the pricing if i would just buy lower receivers or reciver + parts kits etc

ill have to talk to some of the guys at work again but may even be interested in kits such as theese
http://daytonatactical.com/collections/ar15-rifle-kits-223-5-56/products/ar-15-magpul-rifle-kit-1-x-7-upper-assembled-with-80-lower

anyways let me know what u can come up with an estimation on pricing and ill get right back to ya

One comment to ease your first "item to be aware of", quoted below, if someone needs to draw funds from a Coinbase or Circle account to pay for a purchase they could always transfer the funds to an independent wallet and then pay you from that wallet. There's nothing (that I know of) that extends Coinbase or Circle control or liability beyond purchases made from their wallets...because they own the wallets anyone uses, you just have an account with them.

Just because one can break the rules or law doesn't mean they should. I accept bitcoin regardless of where it comes from. I can exchange it myself without the use of these websites. But if the buyer is caught they could be suspended from these services.

Hey, just curious how long your site has been down for maintenance...and how soon it will be back up and running again?

Thanks in advance Smiley

It has been down for a while. It's really my for it still being down because my previous host had a unfortunate turn of events and ultimately I lost all my files... My fault for not backing them up. The site will eventually be remade. It isn't the top of my list regardless since I didn't run a shop or anything through it. It was mainly just a "how to" page. It's on my to-do's... I just need to find time for it.

Have you checked out the internet archive? If your website was online for a while you might be able to recover some of the information from there, but you'll probably need to find a new template for it

Are you also selling grips for a standard 1911? I'm looking for an ivory grip like this one https://www.eaglegrips.com/colt-1911-grips/35-1911-ivory-polymer-panel-grips-smooth.html How much is that including shipping here in the Philippines?

I can get grips but I should note I do not sell grips alone or have the resources to get grips at any discount more than you could get by yourself with purse or other online discounts.

I have a rock island 1911 with black rubber grips that I've wanted to upgrade so if you're looking for some cheap rubber grips I can provide those.

I'm not able to find any new, and looking further into it I don't think many FFLs would be able to get one new. There are a few floating around auction sites. I wouldn't be your best bet for auction routes. Get with a local FFL and you'd be able to save more money doing it that way.

yeah u will not find a new one these are older fbi/pd issued guns , very very reliable and accurate firearms , thank you for taking the time to look for me though

If I find one I'll let you know as well.

Question OP:  Could we arrange delivery in Little Rock if you are ever there?  We are interested in that AR.

thank you

During the atf interview they will give you all the information and resources you need to do business properly and legally. He asked if I intended on selling at gun shows which I opted not to so I don't have the resources or knowledge on what I need for selling at gun shows. I'm sure I can gather the material myself, but with my own setup and situation I have no reason or want to be apart of gun shows. Personally I feel that 99% of gun shows is solicitation scams.

It's a different type of situation. But yes, that is allowed. I opted to not sell guns at gun shows.

So when you apply for your FFL you can opt in or out of gun show stuff?

Sorry for all the questions... just interested.

Unfortunately FFLs can only conduct business at the address listed on the license. I can ship the gun to a local FFL in little Rock, but you may have to cover FFL fees there which after shipping and those fees wouldn't be worth it.

Guess they want to know where to watch you at.

How do FFLs sell at gun shows if it isn't their address?

Ready to ship, extremely high demand right now, Ruger AR-556

Ruger® Rapid Deploy folding rear sight provides windage adjustability, and pairs with the elevation adjustable front sight for a solid, reliable aiming system. The rear sight can be folded out of the way to make room for optics, but can be instantly redeployed if needed.

Six-position telescoping M4-style buttstock and Mil-Spec buffer tube allow the rifle to be properly sized for different shooters, or varying levels of outerwear or defensive gear. (Model 8502 features a fixed stock.)

Made from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum forging, the flattop upper receiver includes a forward assist, dust cover and brass deflector, and is Type III hard coat anodized for maximum durability.

Bolt is machined from 9310 alloy steel and is shot peened and pressure (proof) tested to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability.

Front sight post is elevation adjustable, and a front sight tool is included. The A2-style F-height allows co-witness with many optics.

Patent pending Barrel Nut and Delta Ring are designed for one person handguard removal and installation. The design accepts most standard carbine length handguards. The barrel nut uses a standard wrench and can be swapped with a Mil-Spec barrel nut if desired.

Milled gas block is located at a carbine-length (M4) position for improved balance and handling. Multiple attachment points include a QD socket and bayonet lug (model 8500 only), for many sling and accessory mounting options. Serrations on the angled face of the gas block provide a low-glare surface.

Cold hammer-forged 4140 chrome-moly steel barrel with ultra-precise rifling provides exceptional accuracy, longevity and easy cleaning. The 1:8" twist rate stabilizes bullets from 35 to 77 grains, and the 5.56 NATO chamber allows the use of both 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem. Ammunition. M4 feed ramps provide improved operational reliability, and the matte black oxide finish reduces glare and provides corrosion resistance. A

Ruger® flash suppressor is provided, and the 1/2"-28 threaded barrel allows for standard muzzle accessories to be installed. (Model 8500 only.)

Ergonomic pistol grip features an extended trigger reach for more precise trigger control.

Chrome-plated bolt carrier inside diameter and chrome-plated gas key inside diameter provide exceptional resistance to hot gases. The gas key is staked so that it will not loosen after extensive firing. A matte black oxide finish on the exterior of the bolt carrier provides corrosion resistance.

Single-stage trigger provides durable and reliable fire control. The enlarged trigger guard is designed to allow gloved shooting.

Handguards are made from heat-resistant glass-filled nylon for shooting comfort and durability.

Also includes: One, 30-round Magpul® PMAG® (model 8500 only) or one, 10-round metal magazine (model 8502).

Price: 589.99$ shipped!

Basically some hard to find firearms are a bit more difficult to price due to availability. Instead of naming what I could charge for it, I will give a few other options (not on this thread) so they are able to get it quicker and cheaper. In this case I am not able to get a standard black Glock 26 G3, but I am able to get custom or exclusive cerakoted or FDE versions which are much higher priced. Even then they weren't G3, they were G4. I didn't see a need to post all this information here.

You should maybe consider answering in public because I'd imagine other people are interested, but don't really feel like PMing. (me for example and other people searching Bitcointalk without accounts)

I would in cases where the item is plenty but this one is harder to find due to popularity and I wouldn't be able to just flat out say a price.

There are no classes but I have lots of reading material on gun laws and safety. Every gun I sell or transfer comes with them.

It's 20$ per gun without a ccw, normally. Might be able to work something with you. I'm located in dardanelle Arkansas, and all transfers have to be on premises.

So it is $5 for Arkansans to have a fire arm mailed to you and then picked up?

Or only Arkansans with a concealed weapon permit?

Arkansas with CCW. It has little to do with the NICS check for me. It's more of an incentive for people to get a concealed carry permit. More like an education benefit.

How much for folks without a CCW?  My FFL closed in my area and I'm looking at having some rifles shipped in.  Places around here are around $25 to receive for each one.  If I could pay $5 per gun in BTC it would totally be worth the drive.

Do you offer the class as well?

Think you could get your hands on an FN FNX 45 Tactical in FDE color? I'm currently out of my state so I can't have you ship to a local FFL, but I'd be very interested once back in Illinois later this year.

This thread is self moderated to maintain cleanliness for business and sales purposes only. Any discussion unrelated to business/sales will be deleted...
Please have any non sales/business related discussions at THIS unmoderated thread. All concerns and discussions are welcome there.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The main point:
I am a fully licensed FFL meaning I have to operate LEGAL AND UP TO CODE, 100%, no tolerance. There will be -absolutely- no illegal or otherwise shady business with any sale/transfer!

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

(↓↓↓ PLEASE READ ↓↓↓)
These are a few things to remember, not rules. Any part of this post is subject to change at any time. (updated 12-12-17)

1. BTC transfers related to firearms on the standard US regulated exchanges are not allowed. Please be aware of this before you purchase BTC from coinbase or circle.
    (a) https://www.circle.com/en/legal/us-user-agreement   "18. Prohibited items... ...weapons of any kind, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, knives, or related accessories..."
    (b) https://www.coinbase.com/legal/user_agreement?locale=en "Regulated Products and Services... age restricted goods or services; weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives..."
    (c) I will accept bitcoin from any address, from any exchange. It is -your- responsibility to know that if the above terms are violated your exchange may lock your account and freeze funds. Again, please be aware and take proper precautions to avoid problems.

2. Due to the difficulty of exchanging bitcoin with the above circumstances, I have to charge a small fee (3% or less) for bitcoin payments. There is no fee for cash or money order payments. Note: there will be a 8.5% sales tax applied for all who have a presence in the state of Arkansas (face to face transactions and shipping to any Arkansas address).

3. There are -zero- refunds on firearms after shipment. All firearms sales, after shipment, are final.
    (a) If you require repair due to a defect then you will need to contact the respective manufacturer for more information. Most manufacturer's give a lifetime warranty for their firearm products; do your research before purchasing.
    (b) If you request to be refunded before the firearm has shipped then a 20% restocking fee is applied. No exceptions.
    (c) Any sales unrelated to FFL firearms can be refunded after successful return shipping and inspection of item.

4. This is for mostly mainstream products. I can attempt special orders and hard to find firearms, but there is no guarantee. For example, I probably won't be able to get my hands on a 50000$ custom/antique firearm.
(↑↑↑ PLEASE READ ↑↑↑)

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HOW TO ORDER FIREARMS (see below * for non firearm sales)

1. Most important: Get with your local FFL and let them know that you would like to have a gun shipped to them and that they will need to email a copy of their signed and VALID FFL to [email protected].
    - I do not accept fax.
    - A high resolution photo will suffice as long as all words and writings (signatures) are clearly visible.
2. Choose a gun you want, if you haven't already. Please note we cannot sell or ship NFA regulated items (silencers, full-auto, SBR's, explosives).
3. PM me with that gun, make and model (For example S&W M&P Shield 9, without thumb safety). Be polite and professional as I am not interested in doing business with anything but that... We aren't playing with marbles.
4. I will reply back as soon as possible with a price for -you-. Note: prices may change from person to person, location to location, day to day. Wholesale prices change frequently. PMed prices are good for 24 hours.
5. Once payment is completed/confirmed and your local FFL is confirmed the gun will be shipped to your FFL (please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery, it will be much quicker in most cases).
6. Upon the FFL receiving the gun you will fill out the ATF Form 4473 at your local FFL which will transfer the gun to you.
7. Responsibly go bang, bang, bang, knowing you bought that gun with BITCOIN!!!!!

*For unregulated sales:
I can purchase anything you're looking for you that is readily available on the internet and possibly other items that you might be having trouble finding. Please note that I can offer competitive prices on firearms and not always on unregulated items. My prices on parts such as barrels, lowers, other accessories and items may be higher than you can find them across the web or locally. I can purchase these items for you to maintain your anonymity. Purchases in such cases will have 7.5% added to the total order. These orders do not need to be shipped to your local FFL and can be shipped directly to your address or PO box.

Testimonials:

Thank you!
