Just go to https://www.bitquick.co , click "Launch Quick Buy", type the USD to spend, select a local bank, deposit your USD and use your BTC-e deposit address as the Bitcoin address to receive to.

banks, it's your ideal choice
and you could choose egopay

yes wire transfer unless you have some shady credit card that will work with any of those services and not fleece you in fees etc

I've not used btc-e in a long time sorry.

Use none. Dont risk your deposit to not get lost or not get accredited.

The smart thing to do would be, go post a thread on stating you want to buy a "BTC-e code" that you are willing to pay for equal value. Also, it helps to build your rep before you do this to get a better response.

Get a escrow etc.

If you are from USA, and have experience with any of above, please share with me.

Thanks in advance....
