EBay contains various deals for antminer u2 to antminer s9 but you have to choose the right one according to your need and cost you can able to invest to purchase the miner.
But mentioned hash rate is not possible in u2 antminer I think. You will be able to hash rate this much with Avalon or d3 miner dude.
Check the other miner which can better profitable and very light used.
Hello, do you have a total cost of ownership metric for this device ? like what it costs to run - including all factors like electricity, data center space, administrator salary etc ?

Not really a scam as it would make a nice museum piece. The price is far too much at the moment but you never know these things may become collectibles one day. I think from memory that would date to early 2014 and would have become unprofitable to mine with a few months after manufacture.
At worse the seller is preying on the uninformed, but offering something for sale at a high price and seeing if someone is willing to pay it isn't really that bad a thing to do.

this is pure bullshit, i had 3x of these each at 2GB/sec OK, but i bought each for 20 or 30$, but still not worth it really, they consume just 2W but they are waaaaaaaaaaaay too weak for nowadays BTC mining difficulties ! 75 EURO is definitely a SCAM !!.
