I've had some issues with Erupters and moving hubs..

1) stop BFGMiner
2) wait for all them green lights, at this point if the suspect one doesn't go solid green, call it broken
3) swap it for one near it
4) check your power cables
5) restart BFGMiner

With most pools, the drop in revenue won't be noticible doing these steps.
Once BFGMiner's been running for a while ( 5+ min. ) it either will still be an issue or the one you swapped will suddenly be an issue.

Either way, it's easy to go from there what to do next.  If it's the same one, you may have to toaster oven it.
1) remove the heat sink and related stuff
2) bake at 200 F for 5 min
3) let cool before considering moving it
4) put it together with new heat grease, it don't take much right under the ASIC only
5) go back to previous steps once it's all back together and visually looks like it's good

If it don't pass visual inspection, it should be obvious what the issue is.  Do not go wandering off while doing the toaster step as you may have to shut it off sooner depending how hot 200 F gets in your oven ( or doesn't ).  I tend to toss in a chunk of circuit board when doing this kind of thing with some fresh paste and a cut piece of solder.  When it melts and flows, shut it off and let cool.  Just don't add more solder to the board you are toastering.

hello everyone one of my usb miners seems to not be working right. i had to move my rig to the other side of my room and when i reconnected everything one of them says something like division work autodetection failure. it still shows up but it read 0 Mhs and 100% hardware issues. im using BFG miner and everything has been running correctly for awhile now. Any ideas what could be wrong? possibly a dead chip?
