Just to inform you
i plugged my pi into a monitor and used the provided 'noobs' sd card. I had a play about, and then plugged in my written SD card. plugged in the miners and they worked. dont know what the problem was but hope it doesn't happen again.
Cheers for your help

Plugging the miner into the pi instead of a powered HUB was a bad idea. I can't say for sure, but i wouldn't be surprised if you cooked you pi.

Im new to mining and cant find any help online about some problems that i am having
I decided to go down the route of using a Raspberry Pi and some USB miners. I ordered my Pi, Antminer U1, 3x Block Erupters and a USB 2.0 powered hub.
My Pi and antminer arrived first so followed all the steps to get MinePeon installed onto the Pi. i then thought why not make the most of my time so i plugged my antminer straight into the Pi. Great it was up and running
However after 5 days of constant and successful mining the miner suddenly dropped out and stopped. I have restarted, shut down and turned on everything numerous times but  minepeon will not detect my miner anywhere. my block erupters have now arrived along with my usb hub. i plugged everything in and turned all my kit on, however again MinePeon would not detect any of my usb miners
Please can someone advice me as to what i can do to fix this problem?
