After 30 minutes on the phone with Paypal, they then asked me to show them the website where I ordered my hardware, they then realised they were misled by BFL in thinking I bought BTC from them. Then Paypal explained to me, if I ordered BTC using Paypal, they can't protect me if I don't receive my BTC, that is Paypal's policy. So now that they realised I order a hardware, they will be looking into getting a charge back for me.

So now you know, it is dangerous to buy BTC using Paypal. As under their policy they will not help you, if you don't get your BTC.

There is a lot of truth in here but it is not quite right. It is much harder to charge back PP than people think and there is a couple types of transactions that they wont reverse but it really depends on how it was funded and sent.
