Who is Manipulator/Manipulaor?
I hope you are not calling me a Manipulator. As I am just putting post up to get past Newbie restrictions.

USD/BTC has done it before, and had been pushed down quickly, what is it this time?

Calculated/Substantiated comments please.

Nobody knows.
