How do you classify a Bitcointalk verified member, are you in anyway talking of reputable DT member?
English is probably not his native languageBut even with the conditions OP set. No one in their right mind is going to think of trading with him unless he makes a good offer because he is the one in need of the funds on top of him having a newbie rank.
You are absolutely correct mate most times it baffles me seeing some newbies trying to entrapped old member or those whom they think has important funds to come trade with them, I can't just see myself foolishly want to go trade with newbies whom I have no source and origins not even identifying himself with at least a local board maybe people can deal with him or her, because even though he offer a very cheaper rate people might still tuned down his offer because of ranks.
