Wow this is so cool, I just changed everything to dark mode. I think this might take some getting used to haha. I will look more into these features. What are some other features that you have found helpful?

You can use this one The message exceeds the maximum allowed length (64000 characters)  It's a script by TryNinja that will show you the number of characters left in the post. This script will help you a lot if you're going to make a long thread.

Here's another script by the admin Cyrus Report to moderator on post history With the help of this script you can easily report a post to the moderator from the post history of a member. This script is useful to report the members who use plagiarized content or are spammers which posts things that are against the rules of the forum. Reporting those posts by openining them in new tab takes time and this scripts make the job easy.

Another great script that you can use is the script by grue Enhanced merit UI [1.1]   This scripts makes it easier for you to merit the posts because with the help of this script you can merit a post without leaving the page. In default setting we'll have to move to another page in order to merit a post but with this script a pop-up opens and we can enter the number of merits we want to send to a post.

There are many such scripts that you can try and they will make things easier for you.

Thanks so much for this useful info. I'm sure that there is even so much more I can do as well, I really appreciate your elaboration and examples! Cheers.

Forgive me for asking a stupid question here but can someone please explain to me the benefits of utilizing these scriptings for btalk?

Each of the scripts have their own features and members like to run those scripts in order to enjoy those features.

Let's say a member wants to have a dark theme on Bitcointalk then that member can easily use the script by Bitoken or franckuestein as both of them have made the scripts that can turn the theme of Bitcointalk into dark instead of the default one.

Another important extension that users like to use is "Bitcointalk Extension - All In One v2.5 * by mrvuit" as that one has many features in a single package. Let's say a user want to block the signatures or avatars can easily accomplish that by installing the mrvuit extension.

There are many such script that can be helpful for the members of the forum and the members enjoy using those scripts. Here is the link of the thread where you can find more details about those scripts.

If you can't install from Firefox browser page, you can do it another way by,
1. Click menu (three vertical dots icon).
2. Click "Add-ons".
3. Scroll down to find Tampermoney.
4. Click "+" icon on right of Tampermonkey.

Thanks, that works. I'd switch to Firefox if it were to support all extensions.

Mises is one of the best browser I used. In fact, it's a crypto friendly browser. It supports many web3 apps, extension and wallets. Not just supports, everything is already added. You just have to press download. You should give it a try at least once.
Thanks for the recommendation, but crypto friendly browsers are targeted by hackers more than regular browsers, and since the number of downloads is limited, it is better to be careful about trusting these browsers, even if they are good, but they are a more likely target than other browsers.

I'm good with Firefox

I never hear any of browser you mentioned. Anyway, people who skeptical like me probably better use Firefox on Android[1] where you can install Tampermonkey[2] on it.

Kiwi is pretty popular, later 2 I can understand.

I tried both links, it didn't work? [1]

In case someone is unaware.

Install any extension supported browser (Kiwi/Lemur/Mises), install and open tampermonkey and paste the script.

Bitcointalk scripts can be found here.

This is the first time I've heard of these browsers and I've been ignoring Lemur and Mises due to the low number of downloads but Kiwi seems like a good project.

Used to use kiwi, but it didn't work with Keplr wallet (haven't checked recently) so I then installed Mises, it works proper, and later Lemur came which had better extension support plus it supported Edge browser extensions also, so I'm with it now.

I searched a little about it and found that it is not a browser that focuses on privacy. They also promote themselves as the fastest and safest, but I am not confident in these claims. In general, I will try it on my spare phone, but thank you.
