A wasted opportunity is it and it will be hard for it to be reverted. So many people have missed their life-changing opportunities because they try to play smart in the means of siphoning money from the company they work for. After all, they were placed on a higher rank.

These are some of the behaviors we see in today's society. Workers try to dupe their bosses in their workplace and when they are caught, they will be looking for who will plead on their behalf to be forgiven and given another chance. When such a chance is given, they will misuse it in a way you will regret ever helping them at first.

Some people no really get patient at all, this is where you chop, feed and cloth yourself, they just shout at him just because of the mistake wey him made, then he vex and leave the work for the first time. People dey wey get anger issue, they no want their bosses to dey shout at them, e dey happen everywhere, some people go claim that no be say dem dey work under you, they will raise their voice at them o, as if them no go get another job. Many people no dey reason am say e dey hard to get job for this country? You get where you dey manage he still no thank God say him no dey beg around. Na when you comot you go know say many people dey pray to have a little just to see food chop.

You know think say that your friend his village people they follow am? If no be person wey him village people dey follow he will not behave this way, he left the work they still employed him back after some months and no be say dem pursue am for the first time, then stole after two months that your friend no go ever make am for this life at all, na the opportunity wey him have to get money for this life because that person no get patient, he can never work under person he will still do the same thing.

Theirs a saying by a musicians that opportunity no be watin dem dy look and pass.meaning every chance you have to find your self you should take hold and utilize it because not all times those stuff happen in someone life regularly

This friend of yours that you are talking about did not only lose his opportunity but kicked out his opportunity himself. Why I said so is that the trust that they gave him is what made them give him a higher position, and he ended up stealing their money and raising his shoulders (having pride), but to me, the place you people work, the people are nice people, because if I were the CEO or manager in charge of taking new workers, I would never employ him because if he can do that at his first opportunity, what is the essence of giving him the second chance? If he has that, he will still do the same or even do more because he knows that he will never get that again in his life.

And talk about misusing opportunities. Many have done that, and they will end up regretting it because when you miss what is supposed to change your life entirely and you end up misusing it, it will never make sense. So when a trust is given to us, we should hold it irrespective of our interest because if we put selfishness or greed in the trust given to us, we will end up at the point of regret like his friend. 

I think what the op mean is, after the op must have told the friend that there would be an open slot, he applied and got the job back, and due to the fact that he had more working experience they paid him more than his colleagues who are at the same level with him. The 2 months after he has been employed, he stole from the company, and I believe that will lead to sack. Because you stealing from a company just simply means you're a liability to the company. However that guy won't be getting that offer again to work with that company and that is a huge opportunity lost, in this trying times.

Opportunity when seen should be held solely. That is why I alway advise people that when you have to spare money, don't hesitate to invest in Bitcoin, today now I happy for those who followed my advice, they are even thanking me for the advice I gave. And there are still some person who just thought I was a joker but today after they have seen the price of Bitcoin they are in regrets. However this is just the beginning of Bitcoin making several persons happy, we are yet to experience more, so if you missed the first set, keep holding with patience and will be shocked on the price of Bitcoin in the next couple of years.

   Opportunity comes but once,and opportunity lost can never be regain. Opportunity comes in our every day life ,you have to take it or not it's your choice, it's also important to know how to make use of it,often more opportunities will come your way,you have to make good use of it and plan for it in other for it to be fruitful.

    Opportunity improve your ideas and knowledge in theory and practical aspect,it gives you a better way to approach any problem you find yourself in life,you will be pleased and satisfied with yourself.

The importance of opportunity is that,it gives every person's ability to look at new experiences,learn new skills and build up their existing in possibilities.

   It gives you the chance to step out of your comfort to challenges and get used to new situations, which will assist you in future to face greater challenges.

   In taking opportunities,you need to plane your life and think about the importance or value of your decision in other for you to make a best choice that will make your opportunity a great one in life,and so opportunity can be use wisely when get it,if not you will regret it so,be wise.

Opportunity comes to everyone but some people don't know how to grab Opportunity.  Some people miss Opportunity due not prepared for it  and ignorance.  In life Opportunity does not come frequently that is why it is important never to take Opportunity for granted because it some thing you can't force to come at your own time. You can only get Opportunity when you don't expect it, it is not right to miss Opportunity whenever it knocks on the door.

My brother,  no too blame that your friend because you have even experienced how private sectors treat their employees,  you go pity them,  and at some level, you may even be tempted to quit the job just to save yourself that embarrassment from the job.  

Just as you stated already the job was not paying well before and that is the reason you left,  but he remained on the job until he was promoted to a higher place which is normal and neutral,  but you did not ask what really leads to his quitting aside that you are told that he left because of the way the boss spoke to him, that may be just a layer of the real truth and only him in person can tell you the real truth of what happened while on that job.

Opportunity comes in diverse forms and means, like you said some of the times we become too blind to see them and make use of them but that doesn't make it the last we get. Nigerians had the very good opportunity of choosing a better government to help eradicate our bad economy yet it was manoverd and we are still suffering from it but that doesn't mean we won't get another chance of one good candidate sometimes, we only have to be more patient.

Yeah I also agree, opportunity doesn't come but once as there are lots of opportunities that every humans get in their course for the journey of life but the only thing is that so Many humans are ignorant of the opportunities that comes their way and thats why they use the phrase because in all the opportunity they are might be observant of only one which by the time they learn to it, it's already gone.

What people called opportunity can be relative because I don't believe that opportunity come once reason being what you place all energy tagging to be an opportunity can be regrettable as one greater than so called   can still across your way. Life has it unique changes at all levels, it depends on an individual to observe. If not the kind of environment and economy we found ourself allot of things people killed themselves tagging opportunity is not even worth or merrit to be called opportunity. It's also relative indisense that what Mr A called opportunity may be nothing for Mr B. When found in such situations.

   This bull market wey dey so, if you use your head gather Bitcoin you go benefit an welka because we already dey expect $100k from Bitcoin price and with the wey wen Bitcoin dey go so e done hit ATH already but just go down with small figures for now.
   That one show is say make we no dey worry anymore because time go come wen those wey benefits from this bull run wen dey ahead of us go speak the truth to others wen never really make up their mind to grab this beautiful opportunity wey dey come from front.
   This kind of opportunities dey rare to see, so me I dey advise many pipo wey no know were them stand to try know now.

Anyone wey no use him head hold and make good use of this opportunity na be say the person don really miss out because it's not easy for this kind opportunity to come especially after this bull run because the circle go take another four years again till this kind opportunity go come so make everyone strive harder to make this opportunity count for them and make we all know say na privilege for us to even get this kind update and knowledge.

I  no dey joke with any opportunity dat enter my hand because, I dey feel like Maybe dat is d last opportunity I will ever have a again and, it will give me d moral to ensure I win to praise myself for able to use d opportunity wisely.

U can see wat is happening in d crypto market in dis season dat is making d bull run still dey go higher but there are some hodlers are still hodling their coins waiting for a bigger opportunity to come and if such hodlers are not careful dey will miss their opportunity to blame themselves.

Absolutely! Sometimes it's just not worth it to put up with a bad workplace or a supervisor that makes your life miserable. Your mental health and well-being are far more essential than any work, and if your friend was being disrespected or abused, he would understandably want to leave.

I believe the lesson here is that not all opportunities are created equally. Working for a company may appear to be an excellent opportunity on the surface, but if the culture is toxic or the boss is a nightmare, it is unlikely that you will want to stay.

We lose some opportunities sometimes because of ignorance or mistakes we make that is the reason we always believe on learning from one's mistakes or another person mistakes.

Na waw ooh, that your friend strong ooh, imagine him get pride and still Dey thief join , you see bah some people come this life to suffer and some people come this life and they know waiting they really want both good and bad, no matter how some people get opportunities them go still misuse am because of their arrogance, the way you talk this your story now, that type of your friend is not the kind of person someone need to see as friend because one day he will disgrace you in fact he fit come still from you and said he is not the one and even try to fight you that you are lying against him, that kind person avoid them.

But you no finish your story ooh m, after him go still, waiting them come do am, because that kind person need to be show lesson, that kind person should be first and no matter how he go plead make them no forgive am because he will not change, I know say everybody Dey do mistakes but someone that did mistake and them forgive am and he still went and do the one way worst pass before no go ever change, and if na me be his friend we go depart because people go Dey think say we be the same and according to what our people said, they said the friend of thief is also a thief.

There is a friend of mine he was opportune to have a job at his very youthful age and was earning a better salary at the end of every month indeed this guy was really blessed with such opportunity because there are many wishing to be in his position, but he never made a better use of this opportunity believing that at the end of every month alert will drop on his phone so he was busy chasing after women living extravagant life spending lavishly going to the club almost every week investing in material things but forget to invest in thing that will yield profit at the end of the day hoping that he already have a job even when he was advice to invest on things that will be of benefit to him in time coming or when he is not working again but refuses to adhere to advise but still he keeps on womanizing not until he later got problem at work place and was dismissed by the management that was he realized that he has missed opportunity and up till now such opportunity has never come again.

So in life it's very important we make use of any slit opportunity that comes our way no matter how small it may be so to later not regret at the end of it all, we should also learn from the mistakes of others so that had I know which always come at last won't be your case .

It is really a waste of opportunity, but does opportunity knock on your door only once? I don't believe it does. For every experience and mistake we make today, whether the outcome is good or bad, there's a lesson to be learned for tomorrow. I get, that he stole, he really messed up, and he has to learn his lesson in a severe way, but, that's not the last opportunity in the world. Many other opportunities would come and if he doesn't learn from this one, he would mess up the ones to come.

Learning from opportunities opens more and more opportunities, I hope that we'll be able to perceive one and not let it go to waste, like this young man.

Opportunities will always present  itself to us, what we choose to make out of it is totally up to us. I don't believe in the saying that opportunity comes but once and from your story it's clear he had a second chance to redeem himself but chooses to be unwise. The reality is that life is unpredictable, today you can be in a good position only to misuse the opportunity and then go enter a better job or get out of your job never to see another job at all. Because you don't want to gamble with your life it's only best to make the best out of whatever opportunity that comes your way so if for any reason you're not privilege to enjoy it again, it won't become the reason for your failure become you've actually given it your best shot.

While I was much younger, whenever I do something bad my dad will always tell me not to misuse the opportunity I have to learning some fundamental things that will help me in the future from him and I never took it serious until it's almost clear toe that I might not have the opportunity of lea ning ahit from him again. Life is short and their are opportunities that once missed can never be redeemed regardless of your efforts so I totally subscribe to your thoughts process.

That is quit a sad and interesting story. That is the problem most of the youth faces today, when they have a little opportunity they forget so soon how long they have been suffering, imidiately they get a higher paying job, the next thing that comes there mind is to reap the Fruit of there labour which is not important at that moment. I could also remember where I was working before how my fellow workers will go to spend their money every weekend on clubing, some will spend there salary on women while others will spend on buying of any latest phone without having a second thought. People always feel that opportunity to make money that will make them rich is different from the current one which they are, forgetting that each and every individual has his grace. The grace of Mr A and Mr B might not be thesame. So some people will need to to save small small and accumulate untill they start something, while others might have a bigger opportunity at once . So if your opportunity is the Small small capital allocation, and you want your own to be like the one that its own come at once, you might be mistaken and might end up not achieving a tangible thing at a long run. Let's be careful to be useful with our fund sothat our name shall not be had I know. Those poor men and women you see everywhere today started just like this and today they find who to forward there misfortunes to or blame government for everything where as they had a better opportunity which they didn't utilise well.

Opportunity comes but once. An opportunity misused today may not be regain forever. This is why any opportunity that comes ones way should be used wisely.

Sometimes too, we should just learn never to work with people for a lifetime because it's not everybody who always has the patience to tolerate the harsh and unfriendly attitude of other people. Some business owners (managers and directors) can be very annoying and too bossy, and if actually a staff member would have had any good opportunity in that company, the attitude of the manager can make the staff lose patients in the job and just be quiet. People react differently to situations. You might see an opportunity as a favorable one for you, while it is a very stressful and unfavorable situation for another person. 

From the story, you did not mention why your friend stopped the work at first, but from what I understand, it seems the boss was so rude to him. Like I said before, most people cannot endure the harshness of other people. Your friend might have been humiliated in a way you did not like and probably decided to quit. He was saving himself from emotional stress. 

I would have said that sometimes it's very important for employers to learn how to speak to there workers. some time ago I have heard of people complaining how they have been treated as slaves to there employers, and I have come to find out that most are truths because I witnessed same event with some people recently, and into employees should also try to accept things politely hence issues of employers harassing employees would reduces.

Back to your story, its unfortunate that some people are just ingrates, they sometimes cause people to have misfortune because pf there stupid acts. with the experience your employer has gotten from your friend psychologically he or she might not be able to employ others based on experience, thereby your friend has become a difficulty to others.

Its said that opportunities comes but once and at this your friend ahs missed another opportunity because of his wrong did. there is no advise that will be give to an adult that will have an impact on them except they have accepted in their hearts to change so you would be able to advise your friend and he will accept it, just do your best for him and let him do his part for his life because every body has his or her own goal to reach.

Many people have lost the chance to become successful because they mismanaged their opportunity, some loss their opportunity because of foolishness while some may loss theirs because of anger and some because of ignorance. Many people have been blessed with so many opportunities but still they  remain where they are while some are looking for the little opportunity to be given to them.

In my work place as at last year I had this friend we both ate from hand to mouth but we managed a little work together and our salary was very small that it won't carry us for two weeks before the month runs out but we still managed it then later I travelled and left him still working after some months he called me that he has been posted to a higher level where he earned higher I was very happy for him. When I came back I saw that his appearance has changed he was living well then I travelled again after three months I was told that my Friend left the work and went back to his village where there was no work at all because he made a mistake and his boss shouted at him.
I came back and started working there he came to plead because his savings has finished but no chance for him, he suffered alot looking for job everywhere so after that year I told him that it is January and there is vacancy he should go and plead again he went and he was employed but he went back and stole two months after he was employed and he was given the highest salary among all new workers as a person who already knew the work operation.

What a waste of opportunity.
