Be very careful... Never know what kind of condition the used machine is.
usually used machines don't have warranty also...

I purchased T17 used.
2 out of 3 boards are not working.
Seller posted on the items page that warranty only for 24 Hours after receiving shipment.
It took me 5 days after i received the shipment to try it out, since I had to call electrician to install 220V.
Even though i notify the seller right away after I first tried turning on machine and found out the problem, he said past 24 hours, so nothing he can do.
I asked for some tech support I might be able to do trying to fix it...
I begged for replacement, if I pay for all the shipping.
Seller is being stubborn. and wants to just dump this crap machine on me.
day before the trade assurance was over (30days after you receive) I claimed for a refund on it.
Waiting to find out what will happen....

Does anyone know best way to send the machine to china?
if they will take it back...   How much should I declare as value for a broken T17?

"Trade Assurance" means nothing if you are outside China.

Both list items as a "Trade Assurance" Supplier on Alibaba.
I would ask to purchase that way. I believe they can invoice you through Alibaba  (I believe there are additional fee's you pay through Alibaba).
I am exploring Alibaba as well and have the same trust issues.
They may just be trying to offer you lowest price with direct BTC payment
If they flat out deny the ability to use trade assurance through Alibaba, I would then forward a copy of communication to alibaba as they should not be listed as a Trade Assurance Seller.

Hello,

I have found two reputed sellers "shenzhen DCE" and "shenzen Apexto" who are selling used gears. My biggest worry is that they are asking payment in BTC. I have never ordered from Alibaba and I was under the impression that you'll get trade assurance but I guess not using BTC. Both vendors are having good rating. Shall I go ahead and place order?
