How are you sure this information and announcement is from telegram owner, I don't trust this news either, it seems shady to me because why this reputable owner of telegram would want to be part of shitty projects on TON blockchain doing airdrop here and there, I don't even trust the fifth law that made it clear that any projects not built under TON blockchain should be considered to be scam, what if a project comes out from SOL blockchain doing airdrop through telegram bots, so such project should be tagged as scam, it doesn't make sense to me.

This information is all over everywhere. I saw it days ago in one of my crypto group. Either true or false, time will tell. Although some of the rule look suspicious and want to make everything not to be real.
I like the idea of the CEO of telegram investing in any project that's been held in telegram, so that whatever happens he will partake from it , so that he will be more cautious of the projects been launched on telegram.
