I can recommend https://t.me/CryptoAirdropsEN . They only share AirDrops that are done within seconds and do not require to much information. I like that.

I am member in some of those groups, but are currently deleting some of them. Specially the airdrop ones, because I do think the amount you get is really little and most of those projects are not good. Not worth it. I do sign onto airdrops for coins I would actually invest in, only those, as a way to have a few extra tokens.
