I wanted to get a "vibe" or "feel" about the next evolution in crypto's are going to be.  The high uncertainty in the current crypto market calls for the next development phase or "evolution" of crypto coins into sustainable long-term projects with what some have been calling "User Case".  I'm a huge proponent of User Case because it shows people outside the crypto community that there is value in cryptos and also there is this whole undiscovered world where people trade in digital currencies and it's currently the wild west so to speak  Wink

Some projects I've been following and excited about where they're going are:

1. SuperiorCoin -  A CryptonightV7 coin (I love privacy coins) A decentralized task creation platform called Kryptonia (like Fiverr), and now they're developing an exchange platform on https://kryptonia.io/ so people can move bitcoins there and buy SUPCoins and create tasks.    I believe future plans include a decentralized blogspace and tasks on kryptonia for Twitch streaming

2. HTMLCoin A Sha256D coin (hybrid ETH and BTC) is now developing app games https://www.htmlcoin.com/roadmap games people can play and earn Crypto currencies.  Next, they're going to move to so called "casino games" so people around the globe can compete against each other similar to WSOP etc.

3. Akroma - Ethash coin, dubbed by some as the "Ethereum Killer" because they use Oracles, the quickest way to summarize it, it enables info outside the blockchain to flow into the blockchain https://akroma.io/, they also have Smart Contracts.

4. Aircoin an ERC-20 Tokenhttps://theaircoin.io/, building fun Apps, currently the PokemonGo like game is really popular and it allows other currencies to be included.

5. Tron if everything goes well, should be an awesome decentralized platform for everyone especially in today's over politicized and centralized world.

These are just five that I think of off the top, what about you guys?  Do you think "User Case" is the next step leading to mass adoption?
You can add a 6th coin, that probably is the best of those: BNDL token.
This token is from the CoinBundle platform, an innovative investment platform (better and easier than exchanges), that innovated the market of crypto investing thought their bundles, idea that has been copied even by Coinbase (with its Coinbase Bundle), and its easier because you don't need to create your portfolio but you can buy a portfolio.
Other thing is that CoinBundle doesn't needs sellers/buyers, is instant and haves no fees

Yes, you have highlighted some coins you feel have a direct application in the real world. Surely, people will start adopting cryptocurrency if they can see the real use of it and not just the trading jargons which some of them find difficult to understand.

Many projects out there which are copycats and not representing any value. No working product, no customer
base etc. The hype can be only short term but long term only the projects with strong use cases and supporting
community can survive and become mass adopted.

Hi really? Have you read our original Bitcoin Talk thread about our coin? Please read the original Bitcoin Talk thread about Superior Coin at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.19649715
Michael

As you can see all our Superior Coin premined coins and ICO funds were stolen and we are working with Police in 13 countries to deal with thieves. What gave you the crazy idea that there might be some future in this. As you can see I started the original thread about this coin and am the founder and 100% owner.

Great example! I hope crypto currencies will finally get mass adopted, but I am sure not every coin will survive. The only coins that will get mass adopted, are these coins that have already a real value and a working product.

Also, Tronix was caught for plagiarism with their whitepaper. I couldn't see a true case with the TRX token itself.

Very true.
Technically all of them are shitcoins because they do not have a solution for our scalability issue, the biggest reason why we have yet to see any cryptocurrency to get used as kind of form of payment in our real life because of this.
ERC20 based token and any existing project could handle at most 20~50 transactions per second while we have a million of people in this world (or even billion).
no real use case for now, it is all about hype nothing more

Tron is the only good one on that list, the others are shitcoins. purchasing bittorrent was a grand move proving that they have high ambitions for mass adoption. I'd pick tron any day

You need to be careful with these kind of coins, there is nothing that indicates that this is a good project with credible people behind it. There are a lot of projects that use the face of others to get more people to believe and invest in a scam and I think that is what the people behind these coins are doing. If people wanted to adopt coins then they would do so with coins like bitcoin and eth

Aircoin? There is a team member that shows the name and face of Fred Ehrsam. If u google the guy it says: "Fred Ehrsam, born Frederick Ernest Ehrsam III, is an American entrepreneur and businessman who co-founded the digital currency exchange company Coinbase". There is not a single information that he is truly involved in the project.. +, the website it self looks fishy.
It looks like aircoin was putting fake advisor that totally doesn't even involved in the project. This happen so many times when there was a platform that claiming that he was getting a big advisor just like ubex was putting fake advisor by ian balina. It's totally scama project.

Yeah.. the whole info on the website is kinda scamy. They have 20+ written pages of whitepaper but the people that they mentioned is hilarious. I guess they didnt try hard enough  Grin
