Can member change UID?
No. I think not even theymos could change his own UID, correct me if I'm wrong.Unfortunately, we can not create a user with beautiful user IDs, and sell them later or buy them from someone else.

You are also can't have same username on different UID (if you are planning to create new account with new UID but same username)
