This seems totally fraudulent but normally I would say send them a message first. Many don't read every line of the rules or forget them. So many 'accept's nowadays.
This user or company is trading his services for merits.
Report the post, I just did. I already see vod red trusted the account but not for the merit trading reason.Yeah, if a person starts out by breaking the rules, you don't expect them to follow the rules in the future.
It would be nice to see more DT paint for obvious buying of merit.
