I wonder, can users use the report button for this kind of stuff? I'm not sure if normal mods can see the deleted bumps.
If you appropriately describe it, then yes but I'd say take it to the PM(to a mod). I do so myself. Mods cannot see deleted posts, only admins can . The lower the member rank the less tolerant the mods are about this activity.I think this is a meta thing.
True@Robert, make an archive of the thread right now, and another one , the next time he bumps it. That should be proof enough for the mods. I remember reporting one myself, he was temp-banned (and then tried evading unsuccessfuly).
