Hello guys, i have also been scammed by this member. He owes me $500 and i have already opened a dispute in PayPal hoping to get my money back. I hope the mods here will find his identity.

He suddenly stopped responding all of a sudden and owe me $2K
I also know lots of people who have been scammed by this person.
He gave this identity which is not correct (also called as Vincent, mailed him a letter at this address and got back saying nobody has stayed at that address ever)
(not mentioning complete address here )
