Unfortunately this is not against the rules, in fact, it is quite common for farmers to claim giveaways from multiple accounts, even staff engages in this practice. Giveaways are often a honeypot that attracts many alts to claim the giveaways, which ultimately allow alts to be uncovered, in fact many of the blockchain links that I have found was from people claiming multiple giveaways, so when they end up actually scamming, it is easier to find the scammer's alts. I don't condone this kind of behavior, however I am also not going to spend my time trying to find people claiming multiple giveaways, or even spend my time verifying links when someone has allegedly claimed a giveaway multiple times. Unfortunately, none of anything else you posted is against any kind of other rule. Again, I don't find this kind of behavior especially good for the forum, and I probably would not trust those who engage in this kind of behavior. If the post quality is low enough then maybe they will get banned for insubstantial posts + paid sig
it shouldn't be allowed for multiple users to scam a giveaway.the giveaways should atleast leave negative trust because they were scammed for extra money in this case. the example of Eal should not mean that all people who claim giveaways should not be given red trust.if the staff just isn't interested in a ring of spammers like these i guess i will just go ahead and lock the thread.
