Sounds like it's been locked. I don't think the email is actively monitored anymore so you would be better off messaging them here. You'll likely need to sign a message from an address if the account has been locked. theymos and Cyrus are the administrators. From the many threads in this section, I understand they have a large backlog of hacked accounts and such issues so you will need to be patient and probably wait a long time for a response.

Hello all,

I recently had some issues with my original bitcointalk account. I tried to reset the password, but something went wrong and my access was suspended. The error message invited me to contact an email address for support. I have done this several days ago, but I have not heard from anyone.

I have now created a new account for the sole purpose of getting in touch with someone who can help. Is there anyone in charge of fixing password and account issues?
