How is this weird, this giveaway/bounty ^{or whatever it is} removed from the service section because it did not belong there, now is ended on the reputation board which is certainly a much stranger place for a case like this.

since it is part of the payout in LTC, I see no reason why this should not belong to the altcoins/bounty section. even due to partial payment in BTC, could be considered for service board like some previous campaign who used this method of payment to be more visible.

I am not sure if I have posted the topic on a correct section. It's not a service, so I can't post it in service section, not a bounty so can not post in altcoin(bounty) section too. It seemed more to me a reputation issue right now because the owner of the bounty owe money to all the above users, and I am responsible to ensure that they will get paid. I can't also contact all these users personally, also this requires a public presence too. So considering all these I am creating this topic in Reputation section. Mods are free to move it to an appropriate section or anyone else can suggest me to where to move this type of topics.
