How can I import a custom address/privkey to use as my main incoming/outgoing address? If I have to modify files in order to do so that's fine.

- Click Scan (to scan the QR code with the private key)
- Click Back button
- Observe your balance, Click Send or Receive as required
You can even delete the private key, only have the address on the device, and use the Cold Storage Spending feature.
For improved security use a dedicated device with nothing else installed. I use a cheap second hand old Android 2.2 device, nuked to factory defaults, with cyanogenmod, no SIM.
